Once the base elevator routine is locked down, introducing late-game consumables supercharges your efficiency. The most powerful tool for this run is Monster Musk, a craftable item unlocked by finishing the Wizard's Special Order quest "Prismatic Jelly."
Drinking one flask of Monster Musk grants an active buff for 10 in-game minutes that doubles monster spawn density on every floor you visit. Combining the Monster Musk strategy with elevator cycling on floors 55 and 65 produces overwhelming waves of Dust Sprites. Caverns that normally house four or five sprites suddenly pack a dozen or more right next to the elevator platform.
To complete runs quickly, assemble this operational loadout:
