Burlington Credit Card Payment Options Updated: Online, Phone, Mail, and in-Store
Cardholders can complete payments over the telephone by dialing the pay by phone customer service center at 1-877-213-6741. The line operates an automated interactive voice response (IVR) system 24 hours a day, alongside live customer care representatives during regular business hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET.
Automated phone payments submitted through the IVR system remain free of charge. Entering checking and routing account credentials using the phone keypad registers the payment directly against the account ledger. However, speaking directly with an agent to finalize a same-day transfer may incur an expedited phone service fee of up to $15.00, depending on current account status and system promotions.
To ensure same-day credit, phone payments must be finalized before 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Transactions authorized after that evening threshold roll over into the subsequent business day, potentially exposing the cardholder to late fees if the transaction date coincides with the monthly due date.
