Is Tuco Salamanca Really Behind the Viral 'Get Out' Meme Scream?
Q1: Did Raymond Cruz ever record the 'Get Out' audio line?
A1: No. Raymond Cruz has never spoken or screamed the line "Get out" in his role as Tuco Salamanca across Breaking Bad or its prequel Better Call Saul. The voice belongs to an unrelated online streamer whose gameplay audio was clipped and edited onto the show's footage.
Q2: Which Breaking Bad scene was used in the meme video?
A2: The footage comes from Breaking Bad Season 2, Episode 2 ("Grilled"), set inside the desert shack where Tuco holds Walter White and Jesse Pinkman hostage. The original dialogue in that shot features Tuco aggressively shouting at Jesse, but with different words and standard television audio mixing.
Q3: Why did people think the audio was real?
A3: Cruz's performance was extraordinarily intense, featuring bulging veins and wide-mouthed shouting that visually lined up with the scream's phonetic cadence. Furthermore, casual viewers who had not seen the episode in years found it completely consistent with Tuco's notoriously unstable personality.
