One-Punch Man Ott Availability Update: Where to Stream Before the Next Chapter Arrives
Netflix spent years treating the show as a revolving door, frequently dropping the second arc or restricting access to the inaugural 2015 run. That practice disrupted viewing marathons and drove users toward niche subscription hubs. Industry observers noted that keeping only half of a short run actively suppressed franchise momentum just as production buzz around future arcs returned.
The service finally addressed those gaps by acquiring broader rights across multiple territories. Subscribers logging in can now watch both runs under a single profile, eliminating the abrupt cliffhanger created when the catalog ended at episode 12. The expansion strengthens the broader Netflix anime catalog, which already holds exclusive distribution for heavyweight properties like Baki Hanma and Delicious in Dungeon. By locking down full access to Saitama's early battles, the company removed a persistent barrier for casual fans catching up on the series.
