To cancel an active subscription, open your phone's default messaging app and send an opt-out keyword to short code 9999 or 211:
- For specific Giga bundles: Text ALREADY STOP or STOP [PROMO NAME] (for example, STOP GIGAVIDEO) to 9999.
- For blanket data deactivations: Send STOP ALL to 9999.
