Who Is Jang Eun-Sil? Age, Height, Wrestling Record, and What She Is Doing Now
Jang Eun-sil's public persona rests on genuine athletic credentials rather than casual influencer workouts. She earned multiple podium finishes at the South Korean National Sports Festival, the country’s premier domestic athletic gathering, representing regional teams such as the Ulsan City Development Corporation and Seoul Jung-gu sports squads.
| Arena / Organization | Discipline & Division | Key Achievement / Role |

| National Sports Festival (Korea) | Freestyle Wrestling (62 kg, 68 kg) | Multi-time Gold & Silver Medalist |
| Korean Ssireum Association | Traditional Sand Wrestling (Mugunghwa Class) | National Champion / Tournament Winner |
| Netflix (Physical: 100 Season 1) | Multi-Discipline Reality Competition | Team 10 Leader / Quest 2 Underdog Winner |
| Team South Korea (Physical: Asia) | International Format | Core Representative & Veteran Grappler |
Her dominance in ssireum was particularly striking. Despite taking up the sand-belt discipline well after her freestyle foundation was set, she clinched major national victories in the Mugunghwa (middle-to-heavyweight) class. Her technical transitions between Olympic international rule sets and folk grappling styles show an exceptional understanding of human kinetics.
